Earp Con Requests 101: How To Help

Earp Con Requests 101: How to Strategically Bring the Wynonna Earp Cast & Creator to U.S. Multifandom Conventions

If there’s one thing the Earper fandom does exceptionally well, it’s rallying together with purpose. As multifandom conventions across the U.S. begin announcing their guest lists for upcoming seasons, now is the perfect time to organize our efforts and let con organizers know exactly who we want to see: the Wynonna Earp cast and creator.

But how we request them matters. Convention teams pay close attention not only to how many fans are asking—but how those requests are made. To help guide the process, we’re kicking off Earp Con Requests 101, a simple, strategic approach to increasing our chances of getting the cast invited to more events.

1. Request Them as a Group — It Makes a Difference

Many cons look at the “draw factor” of having a full cast lineup. When we request the cast and Emily Andras together, it signals stronger interest and a more compelling booking opportunity.

Instead of asking for one actor at a time, include something like:

“We’d love to see the Wynonna Earp cast and creator as a group!”

Grouping requests = stronger demand = higher likelihood of an invite.

2. Use Official Suggestion Boxes & Guest Request Forms

Almost every convention includes a “suggest a guest” form or feedback box on their website. These are the most effective ways to get names in front of organizers because they go directly into the planning pipeline.

✔️ Fill out the form once per con
✔️ Be clear, friendly, and concise
✔️ Mention the cast and creator as a group

Cons track these submissions, so the more unified they are, the better.

3. Leave Supportive Comments Under Guest Announcements

When a con posts a new guest announcement on social media, that’s your moment. Comment with enthusiasm and request the Wynonna Earp team—again, as a group.

Why this works:

  • Organizers see which fandoms are engaging the most
  • High-activity posts help them gauge demand
  • Positive, polite comments reflect well on the community

Just remember to keep it upbeat and respectful!

4. Send Emails—But Don’t Spam

Emails can be effective when used sparingly and strategically. If a convention publicly lists an email for guest suggestions, sending a short, thoughtful message can help reinforce our ask.

But—and this is important—no mass spamming.
One well-written email from each fan is far better than flooding inboxes. Excessive messages can annoy organizers and hurt our chances.

5. Strategically Gauging Interest as a Unified Fandom

Our strength is in collective action. When we all request the cast and creator:

  • It shows sustained, organized fan interest
  • It helps con organizers assess real demand
  • It encourages them to consider the cast for panels, autos, photo ops, and special programming

The more coordinated we are, the louder our voice becomes. Earpers have always excelled at community-driven efforts, and this initiative is no different.

6. Don’t Forget: We’re Doing This Because We Love This Show

The goal is to bring the Wynonna Earp cast and Emily Andras back into spaces where fans can celebrate them. Keeping requests positive, unified, and respectful ensures that we represent the fandom in the best possible way.
