Since we have about a year to wait until Wynonna Earp Season 4 premieres, we thought it would be fun to do a full series rewatch, together as a fandom. This way we can all have fun and help new Earpers get some practice at the whole “live tweeting” thing!

We recently ran a poll to get some Earper input and got hundreds of votes. With 66% of the vote, the idea of doing one episode per week won. So we’ll be starting our rewatch on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 9 p.m. Eastern US and doing one episode a week for the next 10 months or so. We’ll skip weeks where there’s an Earp con or a large con where lots of Earpers will be in attendance, and we’ll skip some holiday weeks such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. We’ll be putting together a long term schedule soon, but for the time being here’s our upcoming schedule…

June 5th: “War Paint” (3×12)

With many new viewers coming to the show, we need to get all of us into the routine of “Wynonna Hour” (aka 9 p.m. Eastern on Friday nights) for re/watching episodes! While you rewatch, be sure to also tweet and use the show’s hashtag (#WynonnaEarp) and (#Revwatch) to help get the show trending on Twitter and allow folks to find fellow Earpers and make friends!

We are planning to do giveaways during some of these rewatches, details on those are listed here, so stay tuned for more details on that. Bonnie and I will also do some Whiskey and Doughnuts fan video hangouts as well. Stay tuned for details on which Friday nights these will be happening. A reminder that once Season 4 begins airing, Whiskey and Doughnut hangouts will happen  EVERY week after the episode airs!

Despite all these reasons, we do realize that 9 p.m. Eastern isn’t the best time for all fans,  so if folks want to organize a different date/time in their area of the world, please let us know so we can help to spread the word and coordinate all of our activities worldwide. For example, Earpers in Europe who are led by @EarpSista, are planning a rewatch on Fridays at 8 p.m. UK time.

Keep in mind that the episodes aren’t airing on TV so you’ll need to watch via Netflix, Blu-ray, DVD or by purchasing the episodes from a digital provider such as iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, etc.

When we do giveaways during the rewatch we’ll ask a question based on the episode and will keep the giveaway open for several days. That way you’ll have time to rewatch the episode and submit your entry. Our giveaways are open to Earpers anywhere in the world!
