Following our incredible momentum, we are officially launching our community-driven campaign for 2027: getting the Wynonna Earp cast and creator Emily Andras to major multifandom conventions worldwide!
Our community proved how powerful we are when we packed the rooms at Dragon Con. Now, we need to keep that momentum rolling. When the Wynonna Earp team hits a con, they don’t just show up—they create unforgettable panels, core-memory photo ops, and an electric atmosphere that boosts the entire event. But conventions don’t just guess who to invite. They look at data, demand, and organization.
Here is a look behind the curtain at how conventions choose guests, and exactly how YOU can help make our 2027 wish list a reality.
The Business Side: Why Invites Matter
- Getting the team booked is a formal process. Creators and actors cannot simply show up on their own; they must be officially invited by convention organizers.
- Conventions only extend these formal invitations when they are confident that fan demand is high enough to support the event. That is where our initiative comes in. By coming together to flood convention request forms, we create that undeniable demand, giving organizers the exact proof they need to send out those official invitations and bring the team to the show.
What Goes Into a Con Request? (Con 101)
Con Organizers typically look at three important factors before deciding to send out contracts. They are:
- Unified Demand: Cons track data. If 500 people individually request 20 different actors, it looks like fragmented noise. But if 500 people collectively request the Wynonna Earp Cast & Emily Andras as a package, it signals a massive, organized ticket-buying group.
- Social Media Engagement: Organizers actively monitor their comment sections and tags to see which fandoms are the most passionate and responsive. High-activity posts help them gauge immediate demand.

This list is a living document where we track upcoming deadlines, open suggestion forms, and target locations where Earpers can easily travel (like GalaxyCon) events, Fan Expo cities, or international destinations). We need your eyes on this as we continue to build it out!
- The “How To Request The Cast/Emily” PowerPoint: Need a visual breakdown or want to explain the campaign to a fellow Earper? We’ve put together a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation. This deck lays out our exact data strategy, step-by-step instructions for filling out con forms, and tips on how to maximize your social media impact without setting off spam filters.
How Earpers Can Help Right Now
We’ve set up the infrastructure, but the power lies completely in your hands. Here is the actionable checklist to help us get the team booked for 2027:
1. Use Official Suggestion Boxes & Guest Request Forms
Almost every convention includes a “suggest a guest” or feedback form directly on their website. These forms bypass social media noise and go straight into the planning pipeline.
- The Strategy: Fill out the form once per con. Keep it clear, friendly, and concise.
- The Magic Phrasing: Always request them as a group: “The cast of Wynonna Earp and creator Emily Andras.”
2. Flood the Comments (With Kindness!)
When a convention drops a new guest announcement or asks “Who do you want to see next?” on social media, that is our moment to strike.
- The Strategy: Leave upbeat, highly visible comments requesting the Wynonna Earp team. Like and reply to other Earpers’ comments to boost them in the algorithm.

To hit the ground running, we are spotlighting key conventions where guest request forms are currently open for 2027. Let’s focus our collective power on these targets first to show coordinators the absolute strength of the Earp fandom:
- Spotlight 1: GalaxyCon Events – They are known for booking massive, incredible ensemble casts and host multiple cities throughout the year. Let’s make sure Wynonna Earp is at the top of their list.
- Spotlight 2: Fan Expo Events – Various cast members have been guests at these events over the years in multiple cities. Therefore, making these events a good candidate.
- Spotlight 3: International Cons – We haven’t forgotten our global Earpers! We are actively highlighting select international multifandom conventions to bring the cast overseas.
