Since many of us enjoy other excellent TV shows in addition to Wynonna Earp I wanted to let you all know about an upcoming watch/retwatch  of the NBC show Timeless.  This watch will start the first week of October right after Wynonna Earp season 3 finishes airing in the US and Canada. This watch is for both new fans of the show and already existing fans. It’s a chance to stay in touch with many of your fellow Earpers even after Wynonna Earp season 3 finishes airing.

Timeless: Why Everyone Needs To Be Watching This Time Travel Show

Like many excellent TV shows, Timeless will grow on you the more you watch it. It has a strong female lead, a diverse cast and a great dynamic between the ensemble of characters on the show and that makes for a very engaging viewing experience.  You will likely come to truly care for these characters.

If you’re already a fan of Timeless you  know how awesome it is and you know that the show was a fan favorite for many of the same reasons why we all love Wynonna Earp.  As often happens with good under the radar TV shows it didn’t have the best of ratings so it was cancelled after just one season. However, the fans rallied and their outcry over the cancellation was enough to get NBC to actually reverse their cancellation just days after they announced that it was cancelled and they brought the show back for a second season! While the second season was amazeballs it unfortunately again didn’t have strong ratings so it was cancelled yet again.  While the fans weren’t able to get another full season renewal they were able to get NBC to commission a two-hour finale movie to wrap up the series and that is scheduled to air around the holidays later this year.

There are several Earpers who are big fans of this show so we thought it would be fun to rewatch the series (season 1 was 16 episodes and season was 10 episodes) before the movie airs. If you do the math you’ll see that we need to watch 26 episodes in about 10 weeks time so this will be a very concentrated watch! We’ll set up some live tweets for some of the episodes. We may write some articles about the series and we may even do a couple of podcasts as well. This is basically a chance to enjoy a viewing experience with fellow Earpers for another TV show that many of us love.

Here in the US the show is available to stream on Hulu.  The DVDs are also available to rent from Netflix. The show is also available to purchase from most of the digital providers such as iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, etc.
